Space Development is the collaborative brainchild of Earl Yousey and Mike Effing. Earl is a registered architect with fifteen years of experience at his own firm, Design Build Forum. Mike is a licensed contractor with thirty-five years of experience with his own firm, Effing Custom Remodeling.
Space Development creates sustainable and reusable living or working space using storage containers. The containers can be shipped domestically or internationally for temporary or permanent use. The containers can be used for applications: disaster relief, temporary living, construction offices, film industry production space, tiny homes, guest quarters….just to name a few. With proper approvals and permits, they can also be used to create on-site senior housing or as permanent dwelling units. They are extremely durable and can be customized to your specific needs and wants.
